week 19 Tree Swallows

This is the pair of Tree Swallows that tried to take over the Bluebird box.  It appears as though they have been ousted.

Week 18 Female Red Winged Black Bird

It is amazing how different the females of this species look from the males.

Week 16 Circle B Bar Reserve

I discovered the Circle B Bar Reserve near my parents home and had a wonderful time photographing the wildlife there.  Since I have posted so many bird photos I thought I would share this butterfly photo this time.  I hope you enjoy it too.

Week 15 Legoland

We went to Legoland Florida for Rhys' birthday.  This was taken in Legoland USA and I just loved it.

I know this is a somewhat grisly photo this week, but I really like the composition on it.  I would guess based on what we saw that the Cardinal did not survive.
